How about anonfiles? Few times I’ve downloaded from there it has been downloading with full bandwith.
Obviously there are still plenty of good file hosting sites.
Both options are crap for direct dl for me, I have to get them through a proxy.. Not too bad deal, just a little extra annoyance. :/
